Our Story

Born Out of Pakistan's Career Challenges

JobPlix was founded in 2022 by a team of HR professionals and technologists who experienced firsthand the fragmented, inefficient state of job searching in Pakistan. Talented candidates were being overlooked, and quality employers couldn't find the right people fast enough.

We built JobPlix to change that. A platform designed from the ground up for the Pakistani job market — featuring local salary benchmarks in PKR, Pakistan-specific location filters, WhatsApp-native application flows, and a clean, fast experience that works on every device.

What started as a tool for a handful of Lahore-based companies has grown into a trusted platform used by employers and job seekers across all major cities of Pakistan.
